Just finished complete restructuring the puzzle. Replaced angle panels to auto portals, and rebuilt logic relays. Enjoy and have fun!

The first room should be designed in a way (i.e. lower floor) so that both need to be in the room before activating anything. I was staying on the entrance and got trapped, had to restart.
