It should be fully done within a few more days.
Custom tiles cannot be tinted while custom tokens can be tinted. If you want actual custom 3d models you will have to create them in 3ds, blender etc. To upload custom 3d models you have to go through the same process but instead of the generic objects you would select custom model and then upload the model.
I will make a tutorial on it and upload it as a mod some time.
On the other hand, these new tiles seem like they can be even better Placeholders since they are self changeable. How were those made?
Sadly have to distance my self from derivitive works because it's just to easy to get into a bad spot with greedy companies.
It includes all cards in TCG/OCG in 813x1185 (8000+ cards). Use the TTS Deck Editor by Froghut for best results and make either 1 7x10, 2, 5x7, or 3 4x6.
I've also included another program called DeckPictureExtractor: https://mega.nz/#!NhIFUJba!VZnBJDV5-33ca_aFTBJqmJghFoGTXnfFT-ixdFASe74
This can convert your ydk files into a zip file of pictures so it's easy to make decks. Use ygopro (ygopro.co) or yugiohdeckbuilder.com to easily make a ydk file.
And yes, I am making a giant list of cards. I don't need to write a specific range for all effects because most of them don't need them (I mean, most "Nature" effects are continuous board-wide effects, most Flip Effects are board-wide, etc. so it goes back to the 4-space vs 3x3 surround area thing).
I don't need to worry much about adding in new cards. For the most part, I'm starting with the original DOR cards (the biggest changes being a slight rule alteration regarding ATK/DEF boosts and face-down cards due to the difficulty of tracking those things, and giving a lot of normal monsters effects). I've covered all the Immortals and most of the Plants now.
Anyway, it's been nice talking, at any rate.
Which is why i don't understand why you said i put no effort into it (the rules). Clearly there has been effort made, otherwise there'd be no rules or a way to play the game.
Mostly, I just need to figure out how to get a good, proper table size to have everything on, and how to create those tiles and make everything snap to a grid.
Also, quick note:
"divide people between long range and short range effects"
How has that ever been divisive? The Short-Range traps in DOR were always just that - their range was 1 tile away. Full-Range meant anywhere on the board.
As for making cards;
I do that for a hobby. I find it quite fun - made my own template in the last couple of days, as well.
Also in side the rule deck for original rules did you read the special rules card? It adapts all ranges and special summoning rules etc. I have a feeling you missed that part.
I do not have the time to re-make every single card with new rulings some of which would be subjective which will divide people between long range and short range effects. (
Also that's a full time job with no pay, litterally thousands of cards and that's a rediculous thing to expect from me. Way too time consuming and ultimatly makes no difference in game play. The only difference between DOR and normal yugioh are card effect ranges which i all ready adapted to the standard cards. Also fusion works the same way in normal yugioh you just don't need polymorization.
Thank you for your comments though.
If I must criticise something, it's that you made no effort to adapt the cards to the gameplay. To each their own, but I personally feel that card effects should be adapted or re-written to suit the board gameplay.
Also, if I may, where did you find the template you used? I would quite like to make more DOR cards to use.

Most cards that would be broken in regular Yugioh aren't as big of a problem here because you have more time to defend against it. I could see it being a problem if you had the leader cornered that would instant;y let you pin them for a pinning win.
That aside.
I plan on adding two more decks with my template style, leader special ability rules (balanced) and optional rules just for fun.
I am gonna be updating this mod soon with some better rule changes for the modern stuff and some more optional rules.
