I added image of the location to the screenshots above. Hope that somehow helps. However, if you didn't have the location anyways, it won't do you much good due to the fact that you are automatically sent there when it first becomes unlocked in-game.

The house already exists in the vanilla skyrim, there is already a map marker. This is just a remodel.

To gain entry you have to start the Dark Brotherhood quest by killing Grelod for Aventus Arentino in Windhelm just as you normally would. Traveling to it without doing the quest will do you no good, the door will be locked and unpickable.

Thanks, mpuckett! Speaking of keeping up the work, I am working on another small house mod right now for the magically inclined. Hopefully, barring anything horrific happening to my schedule, it will be done soon. :)

@shepherd1ofh, I looked up the errors.

Error 2 has to do with FAT32 file systems. Steam claims they fixed it with a patch.
Error 16 has to do with network connectivity.

I'm totally downloading this.

this one wont seem to load for me. I get steam error 2 or 16 message when the launch screen cycles through the mods.
