every power has to be individually changed and I have only changed the vanilla once.
so the answer to your question is, no it does not work with modded racials.

I'm not sure if it is a problem on my side, but does this work with the modded khajit invisibility spell? I think it'S from race tweaks or something simmilar

I'm sorry that i did not reply sooner.

I'm not overly familiar with "race tweaks" so I cant say for shore but as long as non of the race powers are changed in any way there should be no collision.

I don't know what you mean with Werewolves tool I'm afraid, but I have done a mod that lets you change into a werewolf at any time so you don't need to wait for it to recharge.

As for me putting my mods on nexus I can't say that I hade any plans for it, but it might just happen.

Using them once a day kind of makes m always save racial powers incase i need them and then i never use them so this might solve that ;)

No it only affects the racial powers from the vanilla game and no other greater powers.

Using an ability like Histskin or Beserk endlessly would make the game way easier than it already is on legendary. No ty.

I use an imperial (imma pro thief), and being able to use voice of the emperor (calm down enemies) will be a great help :D
