I like this misc but changing default color of his coat is a bad idea. I think the best thing you can do is just switch the colors of apron and coat

It's funny, A lot of German Medics during the Second World War did this along the Western front. It was mainly to ensure that they wouldn't be picked off by the American, British, French +other's fighting with the Allies. It was considered a War Crime to knowingly fire upon medics. Though the German Medics didn't do this along the Eastern Front as Soviet Troops would target them.

I genuenly like this hat so much, just fits the whole "field medic" theme too well.
