You can extract it manually or just put it into AoE\mods and keep your subscription, it should be detected and used then as normal by AoE.
I can upload it to my skydrive in about two hours when I'm home from work.
There are 3 v6 available with different grass terrains for example... ;)
Because there are so many versions now and it's diffiicult to say if a terrain pack fits your likings from just 2-3 screens, I add that many to my mods (20-30).
So my used techniques changed over time and therefore the possibilities and the resulting look.
Beside this I tried something completelly new for the look of a terrain from time to time while other terrains are mostly unchanged througout some versions versions. This was partly for requests I got, partly just for trying something new.
All together this is the biggest difference between the versions I think, the used style. Therefore I think most packs are no real updates, but alternatives.
In case you use HD, there is an unused terrain then - that's ignorable.
For my older terrain packs released before FE there is an update that adds the rock terrain and changes the beach one to better fit the new placing possibilities of FE for that terrain type.
V2 is still that popular although I released v6 in the meantime and several special ones, I decided to do a slight update to v2. That's v2 FE, that already includes the rock terrain and slightly tweaks the terrains with some new input from newer packs. But I kept the overall look of v2, so it looks much more than v2 than my newer terrains.
And a happy new year!
Wish you all the best in the following year!
