Thank ya. I can't think of much effects if drunken. Maybe health regen and boost like +50 health and healing or something.

If thrown, it could have the bleed effect in a way. Causing burn damage for so many seconds.

@TheVampireKing1 - Dude, that is way too overpowered.
IMHO:
+100% Health is fine.
-20% Damage for 5 seconds *
-20% Speed for 5 seconds *
60 second reload is fine.

(This would make you go hide somewhere, drink your almost Cocoa, hide for a couple seconds, and then run out and fight again.)
