Valve has made it to where these vocal lines are actually used in the new update. I believe this still does work.

Im sad that I only just heard of this mod. I never liked rochelle because I saw her as a bland character compared to the rest of the survivors, but now she has some personality! I have no idea why they cut these lines and replaced them with the boring ones...

It’s a wonderful mod. However, I suggest that Rochelle shouldn’t react to weapons the same as Zoey does. What I’m saying is that instead of using the “Hello!!” line as a line when picking up a hunting rifle, you can use it for a weapon Rochelle is mostly seen using in trailers and posters. Those would be assault rifles (and maybe Magnum pistol).
