I do not know SFO and as this overhauls an entire faction it should not be compatible. I also do not own TWW3, so unless you are a modder that is willing to update this mod to TWW3, then it wont be ported. Otherwise, I used Prop Joe's Upgrade units mod as a basis for this mod, him or anyone else is free to use any mod I create.
