@multo will there be a fix to the issues regarding the Thompsons use of sounds from other weapons like the m16 and ak if it is possible? Im just asking as this is a great mod but it is a shame how its use of multiple other weapon sounds from the other weapon animations kinda makes this mod very weird to work with if said user was using modded sounds.

whilst this mod is very cool, it does have the issue of using a mixture of ak and m16 sounds with the only uzi sounds being the firing sounds meaning that this mod is very tricky to change the sounds of

Besides the cool vanilla-like weapons, the optimization is one of my favorite things about these.

Oh whoa I wasn't expecting whole new models, this is very cool (surprised it's not replacing the MP5 though)

Also they made over a million Thompsons, with reproductions still being made to this day (semi auto ones but still), so it's not *that* implausible to find one during an apocalypse

tbf they did mention in the dev commentary that the scar being everywhere was that the military was routing guns from the middle east to the us to deal with the "domestic crisis". although tbf their explanation for the ak47 being here was just "uh idk theres usually lots of em"
