I just tried this mod as well, the phase link bugs when you save. Maybe try making armor all separate pieces like the mod "Generic PMC / Private Military Company REMAKE" does (The glitch happens with all of your mods that are like this)

UCP is one of the best camos used by the US army, ppl say it was copied by MARPAT (it is but they copyrighted it) but who cares. W mod UCP GANG FOR LIFEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
