Water Gate

@n3mes1s If you want it to stand, there needs to be a tile directly above or next to the connection point—that's how the game mechanism works. As for why saltwater and ethanol are used: the freezing point of saltwater is -21°C, while ethanol freezes at -50°C, which is generally sufficient for ice-covered areas. Regarding why liquid mercury wasn’t used, it’s because mercury is a DLC product, and for compatibility reasons, I didn’t set it up that way.
I think you can use the Gel Gate. Its freezing point is -65 ° C.

Also you shouldnt mix ethanol and concentrated brine. Trying to use it on cold areas the brine will just freeze. Not good. I chose that to isolate ammonia that is present in cold biomes.. i couldnt. Cuz the brine will always freeze. So i dont see the purpose on that particular gate, people are going to chose em depending on the temperature of the isolated area...

Hm, when i create the water gate i only see a pile of liquid... where is the pilar that holds it like in the picture?

@n3mes1s At first, I was thinking of a regular door that looked kinda like a liquid, but then I noticed that if it was set as a "door," would play the animation, which felt weird. So I changed it to what it is now, which I think should work for most situations.
( I really like the color of Ethanol! )

Now this one looks interesting. We dont have actual functional air lock (sadly the airlock door one is completely horrid) mods i hope this one works!!
