Just tested it and the gnome gets properly covered in blood

if you havent already id suggest coating the gnome in blood whenever you shove kill an infected. the gnome texture supports the blood overlay by default for some reason

@ILoveGiantFurryWomenSteppingOnMe (amazing name btw, hell yeah) it should work with reskins, reanimations and custom models as long as those mods don't edit the materials for the gun
