@Omegaprime02: You can check the source code directly from Github [github.com] if you want. The black magic is that this mechanoid have skills and a background, as any colonist. But the background is blank (so, it does not add any traits) and the mechanoid skill-checks are hardcoded to 10 (so having the mechanoid level up it's social does not do anything).

Reserve human manpower for stuff that requires intelligence and creativity.
