The move name has been changed to “Gift Wrap Sleeper Hold”.

In bjj, we'd call that kind of position the defender ends up in as a giftwrap. It's normally done from different positions, like full mount or back mount, but that's the term for wrapping the opponent's own arm around their neck like that.
