Reptar, if anyone has 12, is probably the creator of this "update." How can someone be so lazy as to steal textures from the Between Empires mod (and not from World War I, but from the Victorian era), add a weapon that was never used on the front lines as the primary rifle of Russian troops, and claim it's good and that this is what World War I looked like? This "update" literally ruined the historical accuracy of the original Iron Europe. and yeah i will not play it until it will be fixed.

To the 12 year old complaining in the comments, its two guys. Nobody is under obligation to make something to your liking. If you dont like it, dont play it.

oh and i forgot to add that this mod is created by 2 guys and one of them just dont care about the problems list below which i sended to him on discord....

this mod is very inaccurated and need fixes for now it looks like parody of ww1 than historical mod

list of problems i had seen

Austria-Hungary

Fundamental error:
Austrian officers wearing Napoleonic-era uniforms
The sniper has the wrong uniform; he should have the same as the other units
The dismounted Austrian cavalry has a Napoleonic-era uniform

Less important:
The lack of Stahlhelms in the Austrian assault forces (only artillery and heavy machine guns have them in mod rn)


Russia

Fundamental error:
All units except the medic have the wrong uniform (at least 30-20 years outdated)
The Krnka rifle was not issued to the army during the First World War; it was equipped with Mosin rifles and Winchester 1895 variants
The medic is the only one wearing a Tsarist military uniform

Less important:
The Russians have German grenades
The Russian sapper has an unnaturally flat back a hat

If the mod is to be taken seriously these things need to change

Rest assured it is an actual update to the original Iron Europe v2 mod. But since most of the advertisement for the mod is through discord on the mod events discord, I assume that the devs(kael or andrzej) didnt feel the need to post any info here.
