the Gate Opens by accessing the Terminal Inside the Fed Base. Doors open by having a trooper near the terminal. you have to open the gates and doors manually. and there 5 waves at that stage to get Civi's to the base.
One Street Gate remains close as its part of the Demo and part of the quest to give a bit of struggle.

But I'll have a Quick look for myself and see whats wrong and make a quick update patch.

Map is a bit broken. Gate won't open to allow civilians to escape. Nothing happens after waves

Hi Ross Mahon. No the Sicon Mod isn't required. That was actually Old Setup during the Early Develops before the Territory Beta's started and the SICON Mods been turned off since. But it has no affect to the Map. as its only a Demo for the next Release.
