If you manage to keep all those to a minimum, tremors should be happening less often. Otherwise whenever a tremor happens, it picks a hand or both and makes you drop whatever you're holding

Does the schizophrenia cause you to sometimes see zombies that aren't actually there? Or is it just strictly sounds? I see the "Hallucinations and auditory/visual disturbances inspired by schizophrenia" but would like a solid answer, because no one ever does hallucinations in games/mods "right" in my opinion. It's probably a lot harder than I imagine it is to do so though.
