A complete redesign of brute would be tough to figure out but I’ll see what I can do. May take a while still to get a good sketch down where I’m happy with the design

Also instead of covering in vines you could turn him into a golem or treant. Would still fit the intended magic while also still being a big and burly enemy. A golem of some kind would fit the Industrial Castle due to what the boss of that level is.

Thing is Brute is the one that uses Vines A while Sanke E uses Vine B. Biggest difference is the basic ranged magic. Brute throws acorns while Snake E throws knives.

funny enough i actually have an idea for Snake E that has vines around them anyway so itll have to be something different for brute

i actually did not know that since ive never played brute. only thing with that is that since he only shows up that, what, one time(?) in industrial castle as a beefy i feel like it wouldn't make sense. I could always just give him another magic, since it lets me set it as a specific character and then it lets me replace the magic

I mean Brute always felt weird to me. Mostly because I would expect his magic to be something else. It just felt like he should've had something poisonous or something similar to blacksmith where he throws hammers and other big weapons in terms of magic. Maybe leaning into the fact that he has vine magic by covering him in them would be a good idea for a Brute 2.

I plan to do every character eventually. I don't currently have many ideas for Brute atm that I'm happy with. I think next I am going to do Gray knight or Pink Knight, but we'll see

Would it be okay to request Brute 2? You've done an amazing job with all of these Insane Mode versions of these characters, I'd adore seeing my favorite character adapted to your style! ^^
