I got a question, the gene drill is part of The Genetic's base, is it not worth buying if you don't have either of the genetics mods, Like Mudrapter and Husk?

I’ve figured out the husk stuff and have gotten them but whenever I tried to inject my own character with the genes in an exosuit it just wound up killing me

Error message I'm getting is that the assistant when self-injected cannot find apprentice job for the character

I am not finding the husk gene injector anywhere for crafting, is there a certain way I need to order the mods?

The secret ingredient to the chimera is bad luck and rng

What is the error message you're getting?

Also a bug I found, if you try to inject yourself with the husk genes, an error message pops up

As for the chimera, I tried to use 4 husk genes on both people that are wearing and not wearing diving suits, and still there is no results any ideas?

Hi there, I was testing the mod on both singleplayer and multiplayer and found a bug where you can't become a exosuit husk when you have someone wear an exosuit and inject 1 gene

When you use the chimera transformation on yourself in multiplayer, it spawns you as another assitsant when you die and your original character becomes an npc, any ideas how to remedy this?

When you use this on yourself or a crew mate do they stay on your crew? I used it on a NPC in multiplayer and they are friendly but they are no longer in my crew list.

I want to expand on how converting to the more powerful husks works, i.e. using 12 genes to become a charybdus isn't the most engaging gameplay, so maybe be forced to sample that sprcific gene like in the mudraptor mod?
