The fix seems to work, so far the altar seems to ignore bedrock, but I'm still in the early game phase, thanks for this fix.

But I will download this fix maybe it will work in all cases

i have Build on Underground City but it perhaps by combination with this mod: SkyPhoenixTweaker - City Improvements - 50 Pop, It allows anchoring from underground ways with bedrock to make underground city bigger.

@Blechwalze I have figured out what the problem is, if the altar is build underground it cannot affect provinces with diggble earth, bedrock or the shadowlands, but is the altar is build above ground it only ignores provinces with shadowlands even though if build above ground it can still effect underground provinces. This is a bug in the game, though normally bedrock blocks terraforming diggable earth should not be affected. I will make a fix for this.

To avoid the bug you have to place Shatter first and then the alter, but if you don't know you will place the altar because it is for city level 2 and this tome for Shatter is level 3

Sorry, the autocorrect has corrected the text in the translator, so Altar became Shrine

no Altar of advancing darkness form Eldritch Realms with this mod Can it remove bedrock like river or other before you can shatter it but after this is still uninhabitable
AC2222  [author] 3 Oct @ 1:13pm
@Blechwalze i asume you mean the "Glacial Mammoth Temple" from the primal fury dlc?
Blechwalze 3 Oct @ 8:09am
Sry i use Google Translator sry for my bad englisch
Blechwalze 3 Oct @ 8:06am
Fund Bug: if you have a shrine of darkness that teraforms the bedrock then this is still uninhabitable. but bedrock is gone so you can no longer use Earth shatter on this to make it habitable.

Hi!
Thank you!
Also may you add terraforming spells to shadow realm uninhabitable lands? Sometime there are unaccessable resources.

ty for your time into this game
AC2222  [author] 29 Sep @ 8:08am
@GrowingBeard i think that is not possible without messing with the engine.
GrowingBeard 29 Sep @ 8:05am
Really nice mod! Have no idea how difficult it is, but would be cool if the bedrock regions split into 2 or 3 normal ones.
A Big Hairy Monster 28 Sep @ 1:15am
Oh, wow, nice; a friend of mine was asking if this was possible just last week.
Scribe of Nekoti 27 Sep @ 10:11pm
It was on a new save. I did not enable the mod until I was starting a new game.
AC2222  [author] 27 Sep @ 10:39am
@WarrGrinn I did try this but i can't seem to get it working.
AC2222  [author] 27 Sep @ 10:38am
@HzT i have looked into this it does not seem posible, digable earth is a persistent terraforming effect and digging just disables it. Removing bedrock works by romoving the bedrock overlay.
AC2222  [author] 27 Sep @ 9:58am
@Scribe of Nekoti is this on a new save or a old one?
Scribe of Nekoti 27 Sep @ 7:40am
Hey, first off I love the mod. Thank you so much for making it. I did want you to know that for some reason the the provinces that had bedrock removed do not show the Dungeon Tome terraforming visual effect, even though they do (thankfully) receive the tag of dungeon.
HzT 27 Sep @ 7:07am
Can I request that unearth/excavate be also to able to remove bedrock?
But unlike normal unearth, it takes 5 turn to balance it out

Requesting because I have lots of UG faction but so little of them took Terramancy Tome
WarrGrinn 23 Sep @ 6:19am
What about a Primal option? Can Primal Totem be modded for blessed?
moogiemode 22 Sep @ 4:36pm
Yea I looked into it myself and couldn't make any headway. It seems as if they had absolutely no intention of it ever being terraformed into. If you do ever get the chance and find a lead to get into it, that would be grand
AC2222  [author] 22 Sep @ 1:01pm
@moogiemode, I looked into it and if it is possible at all I think it would need to be done by making a custom region overlay, as that is how terraforming works. Blessed terrain is a sector property and that cannot just be applied as far as I know.
moogiemode 22 Sep @ 9:18am
completely unrelated and out of bounds request, but since you're in the terraforming area, would it be possible to look into a blessed terrain terraform spell/option?
Aemesh 22 Sep @ 5:38am
Good god i have been waiting for this without realizing it. You are the greatest. Underground start, I have missed you
AC2222  [author] 22 Sep @ 4:06am
Random terrain could be hard but it should be possible.
Nuke87654 21 Sep @ 3:35pm
this actually looks pretty good idea, it also allows the opportunity to bypass choke points or gain more province in such a small confined area.
Question: can the same concept be done for astral void terrain, like adding random generated terrain on void terrain so the same opportunity can also be gained from that.
