For a fact, I am currently finishing my degree on Communication, so that's why I could get a better idea of how a PRODUCER would actually look, haha.
You are so right, even if they don't appear on screen, they tend to dress good, but comfy because of all the possible standing/running work behind the cameras.
As someone who has actually met TV news producers in real life, this is much closer to what I'd expect. They typically spend most of their time behind the camera, but they're still more likely to be wearing a press pass than a graphic tee. Nicely done!
