Agreed on Finnigand's comment. I appreciate the jacket and even the little PRESS badge helping convey a bit of her history, even if it wouldn't be 'realistic' to still keep it. It lends into good character recognition.
(ie Louis retaining his red tie, Bill's army beret, Nick's cumbersome suit)

Excellent work. I feel like this is how she should have originally been. Her original look was too unassuming and not archetypal like the rest of the character designs.

@dikimbles That was a big part of the talk while sketching the concept art. The design might look pretty simple (just a blazer, big deal), but with my bf we had WEEKS discussing it. After ChimiChamo did the first 3D model, we instantly knew we weren't in the wrong direction.

@WhosChristmas? I've been considering it, but tbh I don't have a clue of what to add to their characters without changing too much. Rochelle was "easy" because I had the perception of the idea since I was 8 lol (i'm 22 now). In my collection of mods I selected some other survivor mods made by other artists that it has a nice refresh

Kyle! So honored to read you here. I'm truly happy to know that there is many people who shared the same way for Rochelle as a character! Lots of mods replacing her or changing her features, truly sad; things had to change!

For a fact, I am currently finishing my degree on Communication, so that's why I could get a better idea of how a PRODUCER would actually look, haha.
You are so right, even if they don't appear on screen, they tend to dress good, but comfy because of all the possible standing/running work behind the cameras.

Totally agreed with your point in the description -- I've always thought Rochelle's visual design doesn't say much about her personality or backstory.

As someone who has actually met TV news producers in real life, this is much closer to what I'd expect. They typically spend most of their time behind the camera, but they're still more likely to be wearing a press pass than a graphic tee. Nicely done!

I'm afraid not. I've only tested it with changes like make up (as you can see in one of the pictures) and it does work for that, but not sure about anything else
