@ExactlyLoler Yeah I could do that. Since the bonus is only for the worker in the position I thought it's fair. Maybe 15 or 20 is more fitting.

The +30 attraction bonus is kind of insane imo. The equal to tier 3 beauty. Would recommend toning it down a bit for balance reasons

@Wojciech Jaruzelski I dont think there is a mod that is NOT Ironman compatible for CK3, so answer to your question is yes.
