Probably just the simple description text for the added weapon tier.

Common Smiths : A weapon neither good nor bad made by someone.This weapon is often used by people who don't like Catun Scrapmasters.

Good Smiths : A good weapon made by someone. This weapon is often used by people who don't like Skeleton Smiths.
