Its probably because other people have already done Indiana Jones-like sets for both The Sniper and The Engineer before.

But tbf. i just like the jacket and pants.

The Second style for Massachusetts Jack's Adventure Cap & Sack(Hat Only Style) is not include so far, due to some error with some of the. Vtf files thinking its empty when i was trying to pack the file into a .Gma file. so far you have to shrink the backpack using the Advanced Bonemerge Tool to get rid of the backpack. if a fix from MCL15 happens, i'll update the addon
