It needs a Name since WALL-E stands for Waste Allocation Load-Lifter Earth class, HARV-E could mean
H.A.R.V.–E = Harvest Allocation & Reclamation Vehicle — Earthlike-class
or
H.A.R.V.–E = High-Efficiency Autonomous Reaping Vehicle — Earthlike-class

I see small batteries there - does HARV-E operate on -just- smalls-? I mean, I assume it will be docked most of the time so run time won't be large, but I imagine it would need more power - as in literally higher wattage - than what two small batteries would supply.

Maybe you should mention (just in case), that the tank track mod(s) is/ are purely optional... people will ask, you can be guaranteed of that.

No beams. Free wheel. It stradles the farm plot with a collector to harvest the grown crops. You could absolutely just drive it around for other reasons too.
