Added DLC version of block (scrollable to swap). Added additional build menu section.

Now in assembler.
Steel is first comp to place now and not the rare comp.
Now shows in G menu easier (Production, LargeBlocks)

This MOD makes Sky Blocks in SE possible! Empty world with no asteroids. Enjoy the Sky Blocks experience! 10/10 would recommend!
