Probably yes, as this mod relies on the province ids from the vanilla game.

I will investigate your bug report. It is still a work in progress so things may not work as intended.

Regarding Africa, i was going for historical accuracy, but i may loosen the conditions a little bit so they manage specific regions.

EU4의 절망적인 AI 수준으로 인해, 속국들이 조금 더 로컬적이었으면 좋겠습니다. 서인도 회사는 서아프리카(기니), 동인도 회사는 동인도 권역만 할당했으면 좋겠네요.

With EU4's hopeless AI levels, I wish the countries were a little more local. I wish West Indies would be assigned West Africa (Gini) and East Indies would be assigned East Indies only.

The Dutch West Indies company even absorbs colonies in other countries.
