I like it, been using it for a while and I almost always go for it if my health is not already bonkers high. bit on the fence about the environment conversion though; could you exclude liquids from the conversion so they don't create walls of scattered solid material pixels?

what is this and how do i get rid of it

- some enemies spawn entombed in corrupted rock (I used apoptosis mod, dunno if it is due to that)
- it is way too easy to kill the enemies and get a free heart, so difficulty might be increased
