I was starting to @Joenyan but I gave up about... 1% of the way through, because the sheer SCALE is mind-boggling, and my PC can't handle it. Shit my PC can barely handle the Normandy which is 58,000+ blocks. The Citadel would require hundreds of thousands; plus, it's 44km long.

Someone has to build the Citadel. It's possible to make 5 arm in the Avorion builder. But detailing is a pure pain
