The shapes of the buildings aren't bad, but if you don't mind the critique, I'd suggest working on the texturing. Go away from those very bold colors, add a bit of "dirt" and "wear and tear". Use more colors even for parts that are "the same"; ie the red roof should at least consist of 3-4 different shades of red.
