@Around999People No worries, don't beat yourself up. The hinge steering is only for steering, to move the drills you need the Mechanical Keybinds mod.

Assuming that you have Mechanical Keybinds installed and loaded all you have to do is press "1" while in the cabin to activate the mechanical controls. The controls are Q and E, and mouse up/down or Arrow up/down to raise/lower.

I'm sorry, I'm an idiot, I can't figure out how to make the thing do the thing. My drills are stuck in place and I have no clue on how to move them with hinge steering.
