the reskin is unavailable as it was a private mod that i had made solely for the screenshot, sorry

i posted it in suggestions, the one in the photo is a reskin so dont expect to find that specific livery but the original mod does have some nice options for liveries

idk if you take requests but since you added jeffresson county i think it would be neat if you added Knox County Sheriff or Knoxville PD.

@megatonks if you're wondering where the hair in the screenshot is from (assuming you're referring to the second one) the hair was originally going to be in the mod as a funny little item, because it was meant to resemble chito's hair from girls last tour, but then i decided not to include it before the release
