aw man i kinda liked being able to do certain taunts with other class animations. it was cursed but funny as hell.

Randomizer 1.2 patch notes:

- Demoman shields are now attached to everybody’s left arm in both first- and third- person.
- Visual improvements to the cross-class animations.
- Fixed being unable to headshot under certain conditions.
- Fixed a bug that caused the Dice Reroll to happen twice in a row.
- Fixed botkillers being stuck in your face.
- Purchasable taunts and the post-round loser state now use your class' base animations.
- Fixed inconsequential console spam on 32-bit Windows servers.
- Fixed minor code execution errors.
- Improved performance.
- Community servers can now create server addons, similar to VSH. The folder is scripts/vscripts/randomizer_addons/

There are no changes to the map itself in today's update.

This is just peak. I've never seen randomizer just built into a map. All of you did amazing work. And I hope to see more amazing things from you!

To be completely honest, randomizer would benefit from having a map pool of already existing maps but reskinned.

You can't taunt unless you have a weapon that your character would normally have, and pulling out engineer's PDA sometimes makes him go into reference pose

Shounic has made a video where people could select any weapon on any class, and turns out there is one best build. As much as I like _that_ idea too, it's, unfortunately, a solved game.

shounic played somewhere between 20v20 to 40v40 on his server the other day, it went crazy, the map felt very suitable sized for it

Oh damn I love chateau so this is a nice surprise. I still like think it would be interesting to see large scale fights on this map, like 20 v 20 or even bigger.

Roulette b3 changes:
- Fixed being able to enter enemy spawnrooms
- Fixed the dice outside of BLU's second-to-last forward spawn not being a spawn dice
- Blocked off the secret spawn tunnel

Randomizer changes:
- Fixed Heavy holding invisible weapons
- Fixed players preserving their overheal buff while being rerolled
- Fixed spies dealing mini-crits from behind with ranged weapons- he can still minicrit with melee weapons, as intended
- Updated the Dice to have less abrasive visuals and sounds

Everyone's saying "oooh Randomizer shouldn't be a part of the core game"
This isn't the core game, this is very clearly scream fortress.
There are pumpkin bombs everywhere, skeletons are rushing down both teams, there's a heavy no taller than your ankle running around with a frying pan, chaotic nonsense is par for the course.

tbh it's annoying to roll loadout each time, it would be much better if you can choose somehow what to equip by yourself. sniper rifle + medic gun combo is very very rare and this is so fucking interesting

@Naf no one in their right mind in the workshop or in Valve would accept TF2Ware or Balloon Race into the game. There is no "precedent" being set here for obvious third-party game recreations to be added to TF2.
