You can exit spawn with the command /teleport wp (specifying a point on the map) or /teleport (any location name).
There should been NPCs on spawn who teleport you to the bases.
If you want to add NPCs for your server, then the map is open and allowed for reupload (Mentioning the original).

trying to explore the map in SP before suggesting it as a PVP map for my friend group. how do i exit the spawn chamber?
