I think I finally fixed the issue with the mod menu not opening.

Do you have mod menu installed?
If so, can you reproduce the error and then send me the error log? (It resets each time you run the game)

Hey somehow mod does not work for me anymore, after update map poped up on it's own without me pressing any button when I landed on shore, now I even cannot access mod menu to change settings, when I press Radar/Minimap in mod menu nothing happens

Im using it in version 1.6... (in fact, the last video I uploaded was recorded in 1.6... you can see the NPC type icons during combat).

You mean cities? It shouldn't... as you are in an unmapped location, the mod stop executing the "heavy code"...
You can try closing the radar when you are in a city (even if it is invisible) and test if lag persist... If this is the case, it is not related to the mod.

I think this mod give you a bit of lag when in ports ?

NPCs/corpses icons are back. It requires test in a longplay game... Feedback would be greatly appreciated. Particularly interested in Blackwood battle in cayman, which was causing CTD...
Oh, if you find an NPC that has a rat icon assigned, please activate the last checkbox and report the information that pops up on the screen.

Unfortunately i had to disable the NPC/corpses icon's feature for the moment, it was causing CTD. I will try to fix it.

It will need some testing… Feedback from a long play session would be great.

Hi everyone. I’m aware of the chest issue and the problem when exiting the menu… I haven’t yet found a way to fix it without modifying base files. Gonna keep looking into it.

It is true about info dissapears on lootbox window, just checked. At this moment i just click off and on after looting. If not click off before looting you need click on two times =)
but it is soooo cooooool mod!

map dissapears on lootbox window exit and on after Esc menu. would be nice to have the map always on
