No.
This mod doesn't use any Vanilla stuff.
It just modifies an existing rule created & used by 'Expanded Stellaris Traditions 3'.

Unless the mod itself modifies/removes it, this configuration mod will stay compatible forever.

Is an update necessary due to the new version of the game 4.1 and the update of the main mod?
