Great mod but even after downloading it from MOD.io it crashes after saving, tho I did play for like 1000+ weeks in game

Another thing: the generator keeps turning off by itself for no apperent reason at some point (most likely because of the heat system instability, although it didn't reach a high level)

Thank you very much for the mod. It is lovely. Big shout out for your trailer with city must survive theme.

The only issue I have found so far is on the Broken shore map - if you try to expand the house district on the hanging cliff (to get extra housing at the cost of heating) the game just freezes. Have tried it several times and the same thing happens.

@flixius01 I’m not really sure how I could address this myself. From what I’ve been told by an 11bit Studios representative, the issue should be resolved in the upcoming console release update, which will also improve controller support.

I’ve already spent about 11 months working on this mod, and recently I needed to take a short break (August was quite busy with university alongside modding). For now, my focus will be on adding the second wonder and making some balance tweaks.

If you prefer not to download things from the internet, that’s completely fine — you can simply wait for the FP2 update, which should take care of the problem.

For some reason I can't build any buildings besides the Council Hall (after which gets built, the Buildings tab vanishes).

Dude, can you *stop* treating SpiroTom like they're your personal Mod slave? I'm fairly certain they
1, have a life outside of you (much to your own shock),
2, they don't appreciate this unnecessary, constant mosquito-esque nagging spam (no matter how little messages there may be), and
3, not all of their free time is going to be dedicated to making this massive mod.

You want to encourage them to work faster? ASK FOR A PATREON OR PAYPAL or any other form of donating app, pay them an actual decent amount of money over 100$.

@flixius01 read the description. there is an issue with the mod loader preventing multiple file mod to load correctly on save load you have to install manually

i removed the depleted cores tale and it still crash on me.
so the fault lies on the mods side.

after a surface level testing i booted up a new safefile with the same settings but different map and it still has the same issue.

major issue with the mod, is when you try to open a safefile that you used the mod in (yes i enabled the mod before trying to open the savefile) and it crash on me twice.
so if i want to enjoy the mod ill have to do it in one session.
and it crashes after a few seconds after loading up the map loading screen.

@unpopular the easiest is to download it from mod.io (search brave new world) you will have a file .zip and you extract it in your pak folder located in the path said in the description!

@king Aries it’s because of the instability. It reduce the heat ratio of generator. Adaptation generator isn’t balance because you should not use it since it prevents the construction of the T4 wonder as explained in the description of the mod

I have no idea what happening or how to explain. I enter late game with city after plugging up the toxic stuff but after a bit my heat just turns off with a adaption gen. I haven't tested it on a progress gen since im more into adaption but it randomly turns my generator off causing mass coldness and shit.

Sadly when I tried to put up the windshields my game crashed and now It won't load the game anymote without crashing, but overall was running smoothly and I just really like it, thanks bro

so i've started a new game saved and load that save and the game crashes. i cant load into my old save but can start a new game with no crashing.

64 gb ram 11 gb GPU ram

@Ferrous there is some random crash that i'm still investigating but the mod is for now heavy on gpu and ram. I hope you are still able to progress! Sadly i can't push any update before contest results
