i don't really understand the question.
If you mean a timeframe, then there is none i work on it when i feel like it :P
If you mean what it is then:
I want to turn the society traits with transformations into unique origin Traits/ Racial Traits.
giving them both strengths and weaknesses for example a frostling origin would make you weak to fire but strong agains frost and the same would be for the economy and morale, gaining boosts in arctic terrain while getting debuffs in their hated terrain like deserts or lava/ashlands.
These traits would encompass new placeable structures, evtl. some extra units, spells and other types of effects depending on the "Race"
My idea for these traits is to give a racial feeling like the older Age of Wonders titles, especially AoW 1 and 3.
Such an "Origin Trait" would cost no trait point and give no affinity, it's more like a race extention, ment to give a racial identity.
