@Keys, other mods can localize them that way. I've thought about how to support Spanish since I speak enough of it to implement and verify support.

I feel like "Extra" would also be a good alternative to double prefixes.

I would like it for Spanish next, because there the prefixes come after the item (suffixes) and are inside parenthesis, like "Amanecer (legendario)" for example, so it clashes when I add custom prefixes from other mods or of mine

For me most of these changes are uneeded, but it would be nice if we had something like Lucky Lucky Horseshoe be changed to Fortune Horseshoe or something.
