This mod will make it so that you cant rip clothing. Not immediately, but after an hour or so of playing. I narrowed it down to this mod by disabling every mod but this one on my save (which I copy pasted from the original so I didn't have to replicate the event).No errors or anything it seems to completely remove the recipe for ripping cloth.
