@Nico Du Bois just so happens to be in the vanilla game! He's meant to show up after 1894 for the US, so I haven't touched him at all for this mod.

@erickairton97 if you play as Mexico you'll see some of the characters appear in the US, but you probably won't get any yourself unless you conquer a bunch of the Midwest/East Coast states. Hope you enjoy!
