Historical Black Characters USA

Description
Historical Black Characters USA (HBCU) adds 30+ bespoke Black historical figures for the United States and its related tags, including Booker T. Washington, Sojourner Truth, Robert Sengstacke Abbott, and Marcus Garvey. Most will appear as agitators, but many will also show up as interest group leaders if you have Afro-American as a primary culture or have the Reconstruction journal entry open.

All characters featured have their own unique DNA, and some among them have special outfit appearances as well based off of historical portraits.

I plan to occasionally add more people to this mod, especially for the first half of the game; if you've got any suggestions, feel free to drop them in the comments!

@erickairton97 if you play as Mexico you'll see some of the characters appear in the US, but you probably won't get any yourself unless you conquer a bunch of the Midwest/East Coast states. Hope you enjoy!

Cool! i will use it in my next usa playtrough or its possible to use it as mexico?
