Sleeper worms is bugged. The "Search for the Molonoids" is never progressing. Ruined my run :(
RegiZero 2 Sep @ 3:23am
@UnknownPVT If you don't see it then most likely it does. You could try putting this mod under the UI mod it is conflicting with, or just put this one at the very bottom just in case. Chances are that you will not see any issues.
UnknownPVT 1 Sep @ 12:49pm
@RegiZero Does this mod conflict with any UI changing mods? Particularly Dark Blue UI? I don't see the menus when I start a new game.
RegiZero 1 Sep @ 3:42am
@UnknownPVT As MrFreake mentioned before; when the game starts, in the top right at game start (it disappears after you unpause) there's a crisis menu where you can disable the mid-game crises you don't want. The same is true for the leaders as shown on one of the images on the mod page.
UnknownPVT 31 Aug @ 9:36pm
So is there any menu that pop up for options for these or are they just enabled on launch of a game? Just wondering before I start using this
[BRE] Virescent 31 Aug @ 5:31am
Aw the mid-crisis of the mining drones is not allowed? :(
Stephince 31 Aug @ 3:43am

Hit 2023 next
mwfraize 30 Aug @ 6:42am
This is wonderful
Tr33 28 Aug @ 11:25pm
@bees Im working on The Caretaker origin. AA gave me total freedom with how to update it and I wanted to make the best out of it while staying true the jis intents. (E.g switching the deposit + request decisions to a situation). Plus a lot broke, so will take some time to bring it on par with 4.0
nwilke10 28 Aug @ 10:05pm
Rook1830, I managed containment fail, due to building drone storages that provide enough ammnites to counter act the problem along with some of the housing problem
ye 28 Aug @ 9:02pm
amazing
M1ke D1az 28 Aug @ 8:42pm
Just gonna go ahead and say thanks for doing this mod! I shall dive in the previous modjams content!
Rook1830 28 Aug @ 3:59pm
question but is containment fail meant to just instant kill you (I played and I instantly died due to the planets exploding and 100 devastation and couldn't win literally couldn't prevent anything from early prep to full on allocating all resources to keep myself steady and still couldn't do a thing) I love the idea but I couldn't enjoy it since my empire insta lost as well rebellion occurs from it so another insta loss there since there is physically no way to prevent it
Strife 28 Aug @ 12:40pm
awesome thanks :D
Arty Aeterna 28 Aug @ 12:36pm
Is this compatible with other mods or just updated versions of the jams?
bees 28 Aug @ 9:54am
Stoked to see the Caretaker on the list. One of my favorite playthroughs was a Caretaker empire.
Precursor 28 Aug @ 8:58am
incredibly based
Joker 28 Aug @ 8:26am
This is actually huge and one of the reasons I have little to no interest in mod jams when they come around despite the high quality. I just don't want to invest or fall in love with a mod that's going to stop working in a few months when the next major patch rolls around
MrFreake  [author] 28 Aug @ 8:19am
@fooldog @TPC this is something I've wanted to do *for so long*. I'm extremely greatful to all the modders who helped out and agreed to let us update their submissions
@kangarus The Caretaker is on the list of things that are allowed to be updated! Stay tuned :)
Kangarus 28 Aug @ 4:12am
Cool. Added to my playlist as of current. Would like to see an updated version of Caretaker for this, if you can get the OK from AlphaAsh if they're still around.
TPC 27 Aug @ 10:19pm
Thanks awesome, was just thinking the other day that i wish old modjam mods could be updated, great work
fooldog 27 Aug @ 10:16pm
thank you updating these gems :D will be adding them to my playlist. :lunar2019coolpig:
yadirachwa 27 Aug @ 12:38pm
is it possible to make a version for 3.14?
Raven 27 Aug @ 11:07am
not really but the mod really has to be abandoned and the author really has to stop working on it also ps pdx owns every mod that get uploaded so yeah its just mostly bad ethic to do it
dnceleets 27 Aug @ 10:04am
is it against modding policy to resume the work of abandoned mods without consent? I assumed it would be if they tell you stop, but if you ask and don't get a response is that against the rules?
foverlor 27 Aug @ 9:42am
noice
MrFreake  [author] 27 Aug @ 7:32am
@alfharobby
1. What you're describing violates Paradox Modding Policy, and would result in me having to ban our mod.
2. We had a discussion early on, and came to the consensus that we would only use explicit consent. We would not assume consent through people not responding.
Orphan 27 Aug @ 6:46am
@MrFreake oh ok !
alfharobby 27 Aug @ 4:43am
@MrFreake ModJam huh, never really fan of those due the lack of Quality of Life Maintenance, really glad someone take the step to maintain and preserve these mods.

also honestly if certain mod no longer being update for over 6 Months, then it shouldn't really be a problem to take over the mod unless the original creator / author say they want to update those mod again.

Also this is bitter lesson from Gigastructural Engineering, please Disable the Crisis by Default to avoid repeating Katzenartig stomp new player please.

early Katzenartig around Version 2 DLC were insane, unless you're the type to effortlessly defeat Crisis X 25 you'll definitely get over run by these feline and rage quit for ruining your ironmod game LMAO.
MrFreake  [author] 27 Aug @ 2:35am
@Orphan Some wanted to maintain their separate mods, really not a big deal, it's up to the modders how they want to proceed. There are also a not-insignificant number who still haven't responded.
Orphan 27 Aug @ 12:01am
"This is only ~50% of the total content we have been allowed to update."

Some modders didn't want to ? :(
Jill 26 Aug @ 8:22pm
i love that his mod is being worked on, the thing i really hated about the modjams is how the previous mods are abandoned eventually
MrFreake  [author] 26 Aug @ 7:17pm
@The Lamb you probably shouldn't try to run both. if there's a workshop version, our version is likely the exact same thing, but their version might overwrite a key specifically for their submission, whereas the restoration project would have multiple keys included in an overwrite.
Devidose 26 Aug @ 6:05pm
Wouldn't it make more sense to host these from the same account as the previous modjam mods? Also is c6 going to get updated for 4.0?
Aym 26 Aug @ 2:42pm
If I have one of the mods that's listed here already, will there be any conflicts?
MrFreake  [author] 26 Aug @ 11:31am
When the game starts, in the top right at game start (it disappears after you unpause) there's a crisis menu where you can disable the mid-game crises you don't want. However, all crises will be enabled by default.
H4rb1n9er 26 Aug @ 11:21am
For the Midgame Crises, are they all automatically activated, or is there a way to select which crisis you want/don't want?
Walt The Why 26 Aug @ 6:48am
absolute cinema
MrFreake  [author] 25 Aug @ 2:02pm
The modders involved really know how to preservere
Openly Retro 25 Aug @ 1:25pm
Thanks to all the mod devs involved for helping preserve all this jam .

Thank you.
