Well, yes - the mod simply imposes models that are not connected to each other in any way

the hair comes out if you wear a helmet smaller than vanilla hair

the most you can get from vanilla is whether the UUID of the item is unlocked

birdpaw Yes, you cant unequip default weather - API dont suports this.
But maybe I'll publish save file without skin...
