You should add Tarkus and Bruford with luck and pluck, Poco, and Dios and Jonathans fathers. Messina and Loggin, Suzie Q, Holly Joestar, Anne, Khan, and maybe a few minor characters. Just so they're better for RP's and such

Add for dio that can steal someone dead body and it can use the dead person abilities also to make sure not to forget that, and make durable bit stronger and the characters should not knockout that fast
