Here are my Relic Idea's. I haven't given them a rarity but I think rare or shop would be fitting.

Demonic Blade (Ironclad relic): At the Start of turn 3 Gain Corruption. Corruption also applies it's effects to your attacks.

Eagle eye Aim (Silent relic): Whenever you play a Shiv, Exhaust all other Shiv's in your hand, Draw and Discard Pile. Gain 2 Accuracy per Shiv Exhausted by this relic's effect.

Slow Wifi Router (Defect relic): At the Start of Combat remove all Orb Slots, At The Start of turn 3 Gain 5 Orb Slots and 5 Focus.

Prayer Bell (Watcher relic): If you End your Turn in Divinity, Enter Calm. Whenever you Exit Calm, Draw 1 card but gain 1 less energy.

I really like the core idea behind these relic's that alter the way you play the character's in ways that avoid being oppressive and anti fun. If it ok I could give some suggestions as to more relic's that take this alternate playstyle feel to them.

Really cool idea. I love these types of relics that change gameplay.

For as simple a concept as this seems at first, I appreciate how much it shakes up the decision-making process.
You're normally incentivized to only use exactly as much block as you need to stop yourself from taking damage *that turn.* Anything more is wasted without something like Barricade or Blur. But with this you've got the option of being able to use excess block and heal injuries from past battles, at the cost of never being able to prevent future damage.
It's an interesting shift in thinking, and I'm surprised there isn't something like this in the base game. I'll be curious to see what else you come up with, if you can earn a subscribe with just one relic.
