Updated the amount you can extract from the storage tank from 75 to 400. Should solve your extracting fuel issues.

Shuttle pads can't be placed on a planet unless you first place down a ship hull--but fair enough.

You can connect the pipenet system to shuttle pads on the planet.

I wish there was a tap so that the pods could be easily extracted for refuelling shuttles on a planet.
