Try adding heapsize 750000 to the game launch parameters, maybe it will help. All my time I've been playing on a server where there was an increased spawn of infected, so I'm used to this dynamic. But in any case, maybe I'll change something.
I really want to enjoy this map, I really want to. But I don't know if it's just me but for some reason my fps drop to ABYSSMAL levels while playing through map 1, there are brief moments where it returns to normal but then it massively drops again seconds later. I don't know if that's just a problem by my part or if others are experiencing something similar. Also mentioning my previous comment, the special infected spam really can get annoying, I don't really know why is that implemented.

Look, I can already tell you took effort to improve the maps compared to the previous campaign, and you did a good job as I could see from the preview images. I'm just saying that take time to analyze on what you can improve so you could keep making more fun experiences. I mean, I actually love experimental campains like the one you made called "Only Up" or "Basketball".

Just, keep improving and take your time, okay?

Me encanto el mapa, acabo de jugarlo, me gusta el aumento de especiales y el tono creapy que le diste a diferencia del primero mapa de corredores, espero puedas terminar el 3er capitulo, es un gran mapa 10/10

I've changed the 1st level a bit, hopefully I'll post it soon. the main problem I'm facing is the navigation length limit. But I also planned that it would take 30 minutes to complete 1 map, which is why it's so long.

From what I've been able to find out, there are a bunch of people trying to troll me. Maybe I'm annoying someone, I don't know. That's why I make all my work available only by reference. As for Steam, I haven't changed my mind, "Revenge of the colony" can't be verified because the person who is supposed to be involved in moderation most likely didn't come to work, as it has been going on for 5 hours. As for gamemaps, I still consider it my main platform, but if something changes there, I'll let you know.

try not to get discouraged from those people, alot of people that make content in general have to deal with these guys. even though it is copy and paste these maps are still fun and you did a good job making them actually playable and not laggy unlike some maps.

The respawns room is located to the left, from the place where the player first enters the hall with high ceilings.

I think I remember just not even knowing the respawns existed. To my knowledge there is 1 respawn in the first chapter right? Not sure. Maybe one right before the tank hold off.

Hey, I played through it. I will say it's a LOT better than the first Death Corridors map. The visuals and locations are a bit more interesting.

Overall though, Chapter's 1 and 2 have the same problem as the original: The locations are too similar. I feel there need to be more variations between areas.
Maybe some different props, different jail cells open, slightly altered path, pits in the floor being changed between areas... it's all too samey on map 1's and 2. Map 2 has it worse because it's almost just corridors with very little to break up the walking.

It's fairly playable and a lot less tedious than DC1 because the maps aren't nearly as long but even with the theme / gimmick you're going for, I think it can be better.

I know you're not working on this at the moment but I hope to see more in the future because what you have here is a solid core. Just needs touch ups.

That sucks, was really fun and wanted to see more. Anyways, here my review. Major improvement from the original. I like that each of the two maps kind of has its own gimmick like the holes in the floor for prison and the grubs/smoker section in caves. I think I saw someone criticizing the increased special infected spawns but game play would be kind of less exciting without it so it's a good choice. My feedback if you ever do go back to work on it is maybe the respawn closets on the first chapter could be tweaked. Thanks 4 the fun.

Hey, I have played the first one. I enjoyed although did comment on how it was repetitive. I don't know if this was the harsh criticism you have mentioned. I liked the map regardless of balance issues. This one looks to have a lot more of a visual identity so I'm excited to try it out. There will always be trolls and idiots its best to not let it affect you so much. Mappers are always appreciated by the real players. :steamhappy:

The repeating corridors in the first map is quite repetitive, you should at least give each copy some amount of change
The poison grub mechanic need to be taught in a safer environment not during a horde event
IK it's a WIP but the electric rail in the 3rd should have warning sign and maybe some spark effects

Haven't died in the run yet so that's a good thing to know...

Stepping on the grubs isn't exactly the best thing to do... and what are those slimy things hanging from the ceiling? I think the grubs did just fine with 5HP damage, but for those hanging slimes...
Quite punishing, I say.

And yes, I do think the special spawn needed tweaking, but in the end we're at the mercy of the Director.

Okay, what the fuck is that special infected spam? they literally keep appearing without pause. Everytime I kill one other immediatelly spawns and it goes like that again and again with not breaks. Calm down with that okay?, other than that the maps look alright
