Of course, I can happily download it as an update or you can post it in discussions, the main thing is that it would be convenient for others, I agree and I'm even glad that there was a person who took care of it.:steamthumbsup:

@OldKalibr: I had some free time on my hands and exchanged the normal items with builder prop items so they won't multiply anymore with every server restart and they cannot be picked up by players :-) If you want to use it, I would gladly send you a copy or load it up here, maybe in 'discussions'? The file is also compatible with the mod 'Apocaliptic City Chernarus' after a small adjustment (there was a collision with a trash bin which I fixed). Please let me know if you want to use my altered file. And - thank you for making this in the first place, I LOVE the place, it's a great addition to the Cherno promenade!

If I have more free time, I'll replace custom items with ones that don't interact with the player.

This is an old event area, many items can be picked up, you can replace them with others.

@There's an issue with DayZ Editor Loader. The Dev is aware of the bug (items mulitply with every restart). But the stuff being able to pick up, not so sure about that. Did you try both files (json & DZE) to see if one has props instead of the real stuff?

Beautiful design! However, all the decorative items like pelts, apples, gas canisters etc are not props but 'real' items . I guess they'll multiply with every server restart :( And players get far too much food, medication, tools etc because they can just pick it all up. Could you exchange these items with the props from the builder mod?
